Our headquarters are in Norway, so we work in Central European Time. However, our team is flexible to adjust their working hours to fall in line with client preferences and the project’s goals.
You can choose to communicate with our management team, or speak directly with a project manager/team leader assigned to deliver your project. We can communicate through email, online meetings, and mobile/landlines. Personal visits to our physical locations can be arranged too.
Once we receive project details, we send back a proposal, which we modify together with the client. Once specifications have been agreed upon, we then provide you with a quote, depending on the pricing model you think best suits your project. The quote is unique to your project and takes into account the end product and all customisations. We bill you bi-weekly if you are being charged a time-usage price; and monthly for fixed price models.
Yes. We are highly flexible and will send over daily and weekly status reports, and communicate consistently and transparently. You can adjust plans, features, and requirements as we go, with our support.
No. You can just send us all your ideas and preliminary project information and we will work together to create an actionable plan on how to turn your idea into reality. You don’t need to use software-heavy language to describe your idea either. We are here to help every step of the way!
Yes! We are only your software solution provider. You have ownership of the code and all project deliverables. All legal ramifications will be specified in our contracting agreement, which will be signed before we start our collaboration.
